DAVIE, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins were without two starters during the start of Wednesday’s practice.
Running back Arian Foster (groin) and outside linebacker Jelani Jenkins (knee) did not participate during the media portion of practice. Foster was not present, while Jenkins worked on the side with a trainer.
Foster suffered his injury in the second quarter of Sunday’s 31-24 loss to the New England Patriots and didn’t return to the game. If he cannot play this coming Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, the Dolphins will go with a replacement by committee with Jay Ajayi and rookie Kenyan Drake.
