DAVIE, Fla. -- Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill said his left knee is "back to 100 percent" after returning to the practice field this week for organized team activities.
He suffered a sprained ACL and MCL at the end of last season but didn't require surgery.
Tannehill moved around well and made several nice throws Thursday in the team's first practice open to the media. The Dolphins added that the quarterback will have no practice restrictions this offseason.
"I feel totally normal," Tannehill said of his knee. "I felt good back in January.
