While it could make sense for the Dolphins to rest left tackle Branden Albert as he recovers from a hamstring injury, Albert is still hoping to play Sunday against the Jets in London.
Albert returned to practice Wednesday on a limited basis after not practicing at all last week.
He acknowledged that he might have come back too quickly after tearing his ACL and MCL late last year — something that might have played in to the hamstring injury suffered Week 2 against Jacksonville.
If he sits Sunday he’ll have two additional weeks to recover — the Dolphins have their bye week after the London trip.
