Dolphins HC Adam Gase announced Tuesday that they’re placing WR Rashawn Scott on the active/PUP list for the start of training camp.
The Dolphins can activate him at any time from the list once he’s healthy and ready to practice.
Scott, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Miami back in May. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad and eventually called up toward the end of the season.
In 2016, Scott was active for two games but did not register a statistic.
