The Miami Dolphins have lost both of the team's starting safeties to season-ending injuries.
Miami has played most of the season without Pro Bowl safety Reshad Jones, who suffered a season-ending shoulder injury back in October, and the Dolphins lost Isa Abdul-Quddus to a neck injury during last Saturday's 34-31 overtime win over the Buffalo Bills.
Abdul-Quddus, who has contributed a career-high 78 tackles, two interceptions and one sack this season, was placed on injured reserve on Wednesday according to a league source.
