Dolphins make a trio of free-agent signings official

The Miami Dolphins and head coach Brian Flores have promised to leave no stone unturned in their search for smart, talented football players. Something we can all agree has been a breath of fresh air since Flores’ arrival in February 2019.

This philosophy continued Monday morning when the team made official a handful of roster signings.

First, Miami agreed to terms with former UTEP quarterback Kai Locksley. Like Lynn Bowden and Malcolm Perry a season ago, Locksley hopes to transition to wide receiver at the next level.

Two other signings were made official earlier today when linebackers Brennan Scarlett and Duke Riley officially agreed to terms with the team.
