MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A former Miami Dolphins star and NFL Hall of Famer is being honored at his high school alma mater on Wednesday.
Dolphins right guard Larry Little, who was a key member of the 1972 Perfect Season, is being recognized as this year’s Miami “Hometown Hall of Famer” at Booker T. Washington High School.
Hometown Hall of Famer is a national program that honors the hometown roots of the greatest heroes of the game with special ceremonies and plaque dedication events in local communities.
The plaque will be on permanent display at the high school following the ceremony.
