The Miami Dolphins released a statement today, highlighting that new head coach Adam Gase has rounded out his first ever coaching staff, and it features seven coaches that were previously in Miami while Joe Philbin was the head coach.
Darren Rizzi, who was the assistant head coach while Dan Campbell was in charge, will be retained as the special teams coordinator, which was his previous position. Rizzi has now been a member of the staffs of Tony Sparano and Joe Philbin, and now he's going to be with Adam Gase.
Lou Anarumo, who interviewed with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their opening at defensive coordinator, became the interim defensive coordinator for the Dolphins after Kevin Coyle was fired.
