The Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms with Detroit Lions safety Isa Abdul-Quddus, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport added that the three-year contract is worth $12.75 million, giving Abdul-Quddus an average of $4.25 million per year. The Dolphins will look for Abdul-Quddus to fill the starting position vacated by another former Lions safety, Louis Delmas, who missed all of last year due to injury and is a free agent this offseason.
Abdul-Quddus began his career with the New Orleans Saints as a free safety in 2011 before moving to the Lions in 2014.
