DAVIE, Fla. -- Defensive end Olivier Vernon didn’t mince words on Monday about the Miami Dolphins' 24-14 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
“It made me a little sick to lose like that in that fashion,” Vernon said. “But we just gotta change it around. We only got six games left. This season is going to fly by real fast, and we gotta do something about it.”
The Dolphins (4-6) provided a textbook example of how to lose to a previously 2-7 team at home. They committed error after error that eventually added up to a double-digit defeat.
