T.J. McDonald and the Dolphins have agreed to a four-year $24 million extension that includes $10 million in guarantees. This according to ESPN’s James Walker.

McDonald entered the 2017 free agency period as one of the top safeties but a previous issue with the leagues substance abuse policy landed him on the NFL’s hit list. McDonald will miss the first eight games of the 2017 season.
