On Sunday, the Dolphins lost to the Dallas Cowboys. The Jets lost to Houston. Neither team has played particularly well as of late. While Miami enters the game at 4-6, the Jets enter the game at .500 and it’s possible that if Miami loses, thus taking a two game deficit from the 3rd place team, that they will have the basement locked up soon in the East.
As Miami prepares to face the team that forced the hands of Stephen Ross to fire Joe Philbin, more questions than answers are popping up. By now we expected to see the Dolphins finally begin to show signs of the team they were expected to be prior to the season but instead we are left with up and down inconsistency.
