Dolphins rookie receiver DeVante Parker, buried on the bench for most of the season, is finally getting his opportunity.
And after back-to-back games with touchdowns, he’s clearly confident that he can be the big-play receiver the Dolphins envisioned when they drafted him No. 14 overall.
“I’m fitting in pretty good, just playing how I should be, playing physical,” Parker said. “Whenever the ball is in the air, I just have the mentality that it’s mine, knowing I’m going to get it. That’s what I’m bringing.”
At 5-7, the disappointing Dolphins have long shot odds to make the playoffs.
