The Miami Dolphins defense played a ridiculous 93 snaps against the Buffalo Bills on Saturday, with two players - Tony Lippett and Kiko Alonso - on the field for every snap, and Xavien Howard only missing one. That is an insane number, but it was what had to be done for the team to come away with the overtime win.
In comparison, Miami’s offense and the Bills defense were on the field for 69 snaps.
Earlier today, we updated our offensive snap counts for the Dolphins from their wins over the Bills in Week 16 as well as going back and picking up the missed Week 15 win over the New York Jets.
