The Miami Dolphins have claimed defensive tackle Robert Thomas off the New England Patriots practice squad.
To make room for the 6-foot-1, 336 pound defensive lineman, who played at Arkansas, Miami waived veteran defensive tackle C.J. Mosley injured.
Mosley injured his calf in Miami's 38-20 loss to the New York Jets and is presently in a walking boot. His season with the Dolphins is over, and he'll likely be placed on injured reserve if no team claims him.
The Dolphins become Thomas' fourth team in two seasons.
