Dolphins claim Cody Parkey, Justin March-Lillard off waivers; Jets claim Damore’ea Stringfellow, Jaguars get Lafayette Pitts

The Miami Dolphins have been awarded former Cleveland Browns kicker Cody Parkey off waivers, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. The fourth-year kicker, who was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2014, has a career 84.6 percent conversation rate on field goals, as well as a 98.8 percent rate on extra points. He spent his first two seasons in the league with the Philadelphia Eagles before moving to the Browns last year.

He missed three field goals last year in an overtime game against the Dolphins, including one at the end of regulation that could have won the game.
