DAVIE, Fla. -- Miami Dolphins backup tight end Anthony Fasano is a rarity among his peers.
Fasano is one of the few players on the team who does not participate in social media -- and he is loving every minute of it. Fasano quit his accounts last offseason with no regrets.
According to Fasano, he stumbled onto the idea. The tight end took a break from social media during Lent, which is an observance for Catholics that usually lasts 40 days. After that period, Fasano realized that getting back on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram was not a priority.
