Coples was released this week by New York and the Dolphins needing help at linebacker claimed the player off waivers. Drafted in the first round of the 2012 draft by then GM Mike Tannenbaum, Coples not only gets to reunite with the man who drafted him but get’s to play his former team this weekend.
Miami was without linebackers Koa Misi, Jelani Jenkins, and Spencer Paysinger last weekend so the help and need at linebacker is very evident. The next logical question is how much does Coples know and how much will he disclose to the Dolphins about the Jets offense and defensive systems?
