The Miami Dolphins were awarded tackle Bryce Harris off waivers on Monday, the team announced. Harris was waived by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Friday. He spent six weeks with Jacksonville, but never appeared in a game.
Harris joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Fresno State, signing with the Atlanta Falcons in 2012. He spent the 2012 through 2014 seasons with the New Orleans Saints before returning to Atlanta for the 2015 season. He has played in 34 career games, with four starts.
The move gives Miami some additional offensive line depth, where injuries have taken their toll in the last week.
