Like nails on a chalkboard, almost every Dolphins offseason in recent memory is as painfully annoying as the last. Since Stephen Ross became majority owner of the Miami Dolphins in 2009, the Dolphins have continually struck out during the offseason. Whether it be overpaying free agents or not being able to reel in top coaches and general managers, the Dolphins have been among the leagues worst during this crucial time.
