The Miami Dolphins placed two players, including first-round draft choice DeVante Parker, on the PUP list, and another on the NFI list.
The Miami Dolphins started training camp this morning and immediately made necessary roster moves. Under NFL rules, teams must place players on the Physically Unable to Perform list (PUP) list at the start of training camp, or else they do not have the option of placing them in the designation. For the Dolphins, that requirement meant transactions on both rookie wide receiver DeVante Parker and veteran safety Don Jones.
Parker underwent foot surgery in June, replacing a screw he had inserted in college.
