Jarvis Landry’s hit on Buffalo safety Aaron Williams drew a flag, then a fine.
Now it’s costing Williams the rest of the season.
The Bills placed Williams on injured reserve Tuesday to clear a roster spot for ex-Gators receiver Percy Harvin.
Williams’ father said his son, who has sustained serious neck injuries two consecutive seasons, will re-evaluate whether he’ll resume his career after this season.
Landry was penalized for unnecessary roughness on the play and fined $24,309 last week.
Harvin, 28, had 19 receptions for 218 yards for Buffalo last year and retired before obviously reconsidering.
