The Miami Dolphins might be forced to play the reigning Super Bowl champion New England Patriots without starting cornerback Brice McCain, who also serves as the team's primary nickel cornerback.
McCain, who suffered a right knee sprain in Miami's 38-10 win over the Tennessee Titans, sat out last Sunday's win over the Houston Texans because of the injury.
McCain has participated in all three of Miami's walk-through practices this week, but he's listed as questionable for Thursday night's nationally televised game against the undefeated New England Patriots.
Brice McCain's presence is critical to Miami's defense against New England because most of the Patriots offense runs through the slot receivers.
