Brian Flores emerging as top candidate for Dolphins head coach position

The Miami Dolphins may have found a favorite candidate to replace Adam Gase as the team’s next head coach.

According the Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and general manager Chris Grier met with New England Patriots linebackers coach and defensive play caller Brian Flores last week and “came away impressed.” Beasley explained that “one source went so far as to say that Flores is near if not at the top of the Dolphins’ list.”

Flores has been with the Patriots organization since 2004 and has a very diverse resume to his name.
