As the Miami Dolphins fly back home tonight amid speculation and wonder over who’s job if anyones is on the line after a fourth horribly played game, word comes from NBC and Mike Florio of Profootballtalk.com tonight that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross will make a decision on Joe Philbin’s future on Monday.

Earlier it was reported that Stephen Ross had a meeting with Philbin after the game that “went well” according to Philbin. Another report surfaced that Ross wouldn’t be likely making any changes and Joe Philbin said in his post game presser that Kevin Coyle would remain the defensive coordinator.
