Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator Bill Lazor has been a great addition to the coaching staff and in 2014, he helped the offensive players make great strides. One player who made a huge stride was quarterback Ryan Tannehill and now in 2015, Lazor is hoping for even more improvement not only from him, but from everyone else as well.
