The Cincinnati Bengals hire both of the former coordinators from the failed Joe Philbin regime for the Miami Dolphins.
The Miami Dolphins made multiple changes to their coaching staff during the 2015 regular season, including firing head coach Joe Philbin and defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle after a 1-3 start to the season, then adding offensive coordinator Bill Lazor to the list of fired coaches later in the year. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Coyle and Lazor will continue coaching with each other in 2016:
