The Miami Dolphins knew the risks when they signed Arian Foster one week before training camp. The 30-year-old running back had an impressive resume but also plenty of mileage and a history of injuries.
Foster suffered a groin injury that sidelined him for the entire second half of Sunday’s 31-24 loss to the New England Patriots.
“Right when he did it, they said he is out for the game,” Dolphins coach Adam Gase told reporters after the game. “That's the extent that I know about it. I don't have time to get a medical briefing.
