After compiling a 49-63 record over the past seven seasons, the Dolphins’ leadership has been questioned.
Throw in Bullygate and the fact that Miami hasn’t won a playoff game since 2000, and the criticism appears justified. But new Dolphins head coach Adam Gase said he’s immediately learned that the team’s leadership is better than it looks from the outside.
