Jay Cutler's 1-year, $10 million contract with the #Dolphins also includes $3M in incentives, source said. So, max value $13M.

It had previously been reported that the Dolphins were close to signing Cutler. The addition of Cutler is not a good sign for the health of Ryan Tannehill. He re-injured his knee in a practice and with Cutler signed, there's a very good chance Tannehill will undergo season-ending knee surgery. Matt Moore will also likely remain the backup with Cutler signed.
Cutler played under Dolphins head coach Adam Gase for a year in Chicago. Cutler fared well that season, reducing the turnovers that had plagued him. The 34-year-old battled injuries last year and retired after he didn't find a starting job this offseason.
