The Miami Dolphins are doing their best to keep ticket prices affordable for fans in 2015, but some fans still feel like they're being left out in the cold.
“As it relates to pricing, 70 percent of our prices are staying flat or going down [from 2014 prices],” Dolphins senior VP and chief marketing executive Jeremy Walls said, via the South Florida Sun Sentinel. “Only 13 percent of the ones going up are going up by over $5 [per game]. We have 17,000 seats that are priced under $50 [per game]. We really wanted to make sure we had affordable options for everyone.”

However, similar to their Miami Hurricanes counterparts, some of the most loyal Dolphins fans have been priced out of their preferred spots after the creation of the ’72 Club premium seating section between the 30-yard lines on the home (south) side of the field.
Some of the fans that used to sit in the 2,000 seats that occupy that area of Sun Life Stadium have voiced their displeasure over the price hike.
“It’s tough to compare those seats they were sitting in to what’s now there because it is a totally different product. The bowl as we know it is completely different and all new,” Wall said. “We didn’t have a premium experience that a lot of fans are used to in newer stadiums. We needed to create that in the new stadium, and that’s what we’ve done.”
