Polarizing wide receiver Mike Wallace's future with the Miami Dolphins is still up in the air, but the lines of communication are apparently open as Wallace and the team look to hash out the future.
Per Dan Hanzus of NFL.com, "in what could be a sign of the two sides trying to move forward together, The Miami Herald reported Saturday that Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey recently had a meal with Wallace, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation."

The veteran wideout's 2014 season came to a controversial halt when he pulled himself out of the team's lineup for the second half of the Dolphins' Week 17 loss to the New York Jets.
However, while Wallace hasn't cracked 1,000 receiving yards in either of the first two seasons of his five-year, $60 million deal with the club, he did tie a career high with 10 touchdowns in 2014.
With all of this in mind, there's plenty to be discussed in regards to his $9.85 million price tag for the 2015 season before the league year starts on March 10th.
