MEMPHIS – The University of Memphis women's tennis team (3-3) came back from 3-0 down to tie the non-conference match at Minnesota (4-3) at 3-all, but could not complete the upset on the road, Sunday, falling 4-3.
"For the second consecutive day, we came out a little flat at the start of the match," Head Coach said. "I wasn't happy with our energy and shared that with the girls and they responded in a great way and fought extremely hard in singles. I am very proud of their singles efforts, we found ourselves in some very intense and competitive situations and I liked the way we competed.
