COLUMBIA, Mo. – Feeding off its first-day momentum, Memphis women's tennis tallied five more wins on day two of the Missouri Invitational.
Much like Friday, the Tigers collected three wins in doubles against Missouri and Denver to open the day then registered a pair of wins in singles play against Wichita State.
"Another good day for the Tigers. Strong doubles by everyone, we loved their energy and effort," head coach Hayden Perez said. "We competed well in singles. These early season matches are great for us to learn what we need to work on moving forward.
