MEMPHIS – The Memphis women's golf team remains in fifth place following the second day of competition at the 3M Augusta Invitational, Saturday. A 30-minute rain delay postponed the start of the morning's competition, but Memphis matched its day one 296 on Saturday to remain fifth with a 36-hole score of 592.
Senior Emily Goldenstein also remains where she was following the completion of day one. Goldenstein carded a 71 in Saturday's second round and the one under round has her tied for fourth overall at 141 (-3).
Madison Thomas made a move into the top 10 with a second round 71 as well.
