MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis freshman fired a 3-over par 145 to lift the Lady Tigers into first place after day one action in the Memphis Women's Intercollegiate held at the Ridgeway Country Club Monday.
The teams played two rounds (36 holes) on the first day of action.
Thomas was one of three Lady Tigers to place in the intercollegiate's top-five, leading the field after the first two rounds. Junior and redshirt senior are tied for third place, with both shooting a 5-over par 147.
Freshman , who is playing as an individual, is in sixth place with a 6-over par 148.
