Women's basketball celebrates end of the year banquet Tuesday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's basketball team celebrated its end of the year banquet Tuesday evening at the Penny Hardaway Hall of Fame on the University's campus.

Players, coaches, families and supporters of the Memphis women's basketball team gathered together for a reception and a dinner before the announcement of individual awards.

The individual awards are as follows:
Most Improved: Aerial Wilson
Wilson, who has started in 28 games as a true freshman, improved in scoring and from beyond the arc in conference play. She currently leads the team in three-point field goal percentage in league play (39.
