MEMPHIS, Tenn.– The Tiger softball team collected their first American Athletic Conference Weekly Award winner today as Camryn Wineinger was named to the Honor Roll, the conference announced Monday.
Wineinger, a junior out of Plant City, Fla., recorded at least one hit in every game she played in this weekend and had three multi-hit games in the Florida Gulf Coast Invitational. She drove in the winning run against (RV) Austin Peay on Friday morning with an RBI single through the left side to give the Tigers the 5-4 win.
