Volleyball Sweeps Tulsa, 3-0

Box Score TULSA – Kendall Seering served up a career-high five service aces and the Memphis volleyball team (14-8, 5-4 The American) swept past host Tulsa (10-11, 5-4 American) in a mid-afternoon conference match Friday. In all, Memphis recorded nine service aces and hit .237 in the three-set (25-15, 25-22, 25-12) victory as the Tigers grabbed their first-ever win in Tulsa in their sixth try.

"Our passing and serving game was really good today," Head Coach April Jauregui said. "We dominated that part of the game. It was another good team win, and we needed this one today before we play the first place team in the conference, Sunday.
