MEMPHIS, Tenn. – University of Memphis track and field heads to Auburn, Ala., this weekend to compete in the 2021 War Eagle Invitational, hosted by Auburn University.
The meet will be held at the Hutsell-Rosen Track, and competition will begin 2 p.m. Friday with the hammer throw. Events will continue through Friday and will conclude with the men's and women's 4x400-meter relays late Saturday afternoon.
Last weekend's meet at the Crimson Tide Invitational brought success for athletes in both track and field events. Zachary Wyatt continued his success in distance events with his first-place steeplechase finish, while Samantha Lenton did the same in the women's discus.
