MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis baseball team is back home Thursday and Friday night at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m. at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field for a three-game series with Cincinnati to kick off home conference play.
The Tigers (16-14, 1-2 AAC) opened American Athletic Conference play last weekend at Tulane where they fell in Sunday's extra-inning rubber match, 6-5. On Tuesday night, the Tigers fell to defending national champion Ole Miss, 7-2, at FedExPark in front of a sell-out crowd of 1,383 for the first meeting between the two programs on campus in Memphis since 2008.
