The preseason practices are over. No more scrimmages remain.
This weekend, the University of Memphis volleyball squad starts its 2016 campaign by hosting the Memphis Invitational at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse. The Tigers welcome Belmont, Central Arkansas and Chicago State to the Bluff City for the annual two-day tournament.
For head coach and her Tigers, the tournament is time to show what the squad has been working on in preseason drills.
"This tournament will provide good tests for us," said Jauregui, who is in her ninth season at Memphis.
