VERO BEACH, Fla. – The University of Memphis men's golf team began competition at the Quail Valley/Jake Owen Collegiate on Sunday at Quail Valley Golf Club in Vero Beach, Fla., carding rounds of 281-287 for a 36-hole total of 568 (-8) to sit in a tie for ninth in the 16-team field.
KEY MOMENTS
• Tyran Snyders came out firing on Sunday, carding a first-round 68 (-4) and then a 72 (E) to finish the day in a tie for 16th with a total of 140 (-4).
