MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis women's soccer has cracked into the top-25 of the United Soccer Coaches Poll this week finding themselves at No. 15, it was announced Tuesday.
The Tigers, who are 5-0-1 through the first three weeks of play, are coming off back-to-back wins against Kansas and Alabama and are one of just two American Athletic Conference schools to remain undefeated this season. Sunday's 3-1 win over the Crimson Tide marked the Tigers fourth consecutive win since drawing with then No. 23 Ole Miss.
Through the first six games of the season, Tanya Boychuk leads the Tigers offense with four goals and eight points while nine other Memphis players have recorded at least one goal.
