MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Four Memphis women's soccer student-athletes were selected to the American Athletic Conference's Preseason All-Conference Team, including a pair of seniors who garnered position superlatives, as the league office announced its annual preseason poll and honors Wednesday.
In addition, the Tigers were voted to finish first in the league's preseason coaches' poll.
Senior forward Clarissa Larisey was unanimously voted as the AAC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year and senior goalkeeper Elizabeth Moberg was tabbed the league's Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year. Along with Larisey and Moberg, junior forward/midfielder Tanya Boychuk and sophomore forward/midfielder Mya Jones were named to the Preseason All-Conference Team.
