MEMPHIS, Tenn. – For the eighth time in program history, Memphis women's soccer heard its named called for an NCAA Tournament bid on Monday afternoon.
The No. 8/12 Tigers (17-2-1) will travel to No. 24/RV Washington State (12-6-1) for the first round. Action from Lower Soccer Field in Pullman is set for Friday at 7 p.m. (CT).
Memphis, who has also made the NCAA Tournament in three of its last four seasons, finished the regular season as American Athletic Conference champions.
The Tigers posted their second-best regular season mark in program history, going 16-1-1 throughout 2019.
