MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis baseball dropped a rubber game decision against Indiana Sunday afternoon at FedExPark.
Despite outhitting the Hoosiers, Memphis (1-2) couldn't find the timely hit needed in a 6-0 setback.
"We didn't grab the RBI moments today, and that was the difference," Head Coach Daron Schoenrock said. "I think with our starting pitching and our bullpen, our stuff is going to play. There are weapons in our staff. That game was played in a couple moments we didn't capitalize on, and then any time we made one little mistake, Indiana took advantage of them.
