MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's basketball team suffered an 84-53 setback to Temple on Monday evening at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse. Memphis recognized its three seniors, Jasmine James, Ashia Jones and Brianna Porter during pregame of Wednesday's contest.
The Tigers ended the regular season with a 10-19 overall record and 5-11 mark in American Athletic Conference play.
Jada Stinson propelled the Memphis offense against the Owls, hitting a career-high five three-pointers and finishing with a career-high 17 points.
Temple took an early 12-6 lead at the first media timeout.
