ORLANDO, Fla. – In its regular-season finale, Memphis men's tennis dropped a 4-0 decision at No. 32 UCF Monday evening.
UCF took control in doubles with wins on courts 1 and 3. Memphis duo and were nearing a 6-6 tiebreak on court 2 before their match was left unfinished.
The Knights used the early momentum with three consecutive wins in singles play. Victories on courts 3, 5 and 6 sealed the win for UCF.
Courts 2 and 4 were suspended in the second set after the clinch. had forced a third set at the top spot before his match was left unfinished.
