MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis Tigers earned an at-large bid to the 2021 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship and will take on Georgia Tech Saturday at 9 a.m. CT in Knoxville, Tenn.
The 35th-ranked Tigers (9-8) are making their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2018 and seventh in the last nine years. The 2020 tournament was not held due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I couldn't be happier for our guys to get back to the NCAA Tournament," Memphis head coach Paul Goebel said. "They have worked extremely hard and sacrificed a lot to earn a spot in the tournament field.
